Ariana Richards

Ariana Clarice Richards (born April 15th in 1970) is an American former actress and painter. Her most famous role is acting as Lex Murphy in Jurassic Park which is a blockbuster. Richards, who won several Young Artist Awards when she was younger for her acting abilities she has since refocused her career as an artist. Skidmore College graduated her with excellence in Fine Art in 2001. She was a student at the Art Center College of Design Pasadena California. Ariana was married with Mark Aaron Bolton who is an former Irish Defence Forces stuntman turned soldier. The couple welcomed their son in the year 2015, but the name of the baby hasn't been announced by them yet. She was born and lived in California. Ariana's sister Bethany is an actor also. Her father Darielle Garrison is film producer. The first time she appeared in public as a ballet dancer was at age seven when she appeared in an advertisement. Ariana has Italian origins on her mother's side, which trace back all the way to Carlo Crivelli who was a well-known Renaissance artist. She's also a descendant from fighter John L. Sullivan. In October of 2005, she won the title of finalist of the National Professional Oil Painting Competition which was organized by the American Artist magazine. Ariana made her first self-portrait using watercolour painting. The image was of her holding a spoon full of jello as an elusive predator swooped up on her. In addition to Jurassic Park (1993) she has appeared in various other notable films such as Tremors (1990) Spaced Invaders (1990) Locked Up A Mother's Rage (1992) and Switched At Birth (1991).
